JET AIRWAYS misleading Govt. of India Innocent passengers lives at the mercy of negligent carrier

Those traveling by Jet Airways are risking their lives due to inefficient and careless pilots. Series of major accidents at different airports in India and abroad have been averted by the alert ATCs else thousands would have died. This is happening due to constant violations by Jet Airways in operating the carrier with criminal connivance of Ministry of Civil Aviaition & Directorate General of Civil Aviation. These authorities seem to be hand-in-glove with the airline. The Editor-in-Chief of Kalchakra, Vineet Narain, has filed two written complaints; one with the CVC on 5 Feb 2015 and the other with the CBI on 20 July 2015 requesting these authorities to investigate several scams of Naresh Goyal and his Jet Airways, which has taken the country for a ride by repeatedly violating several rules and adopting corrupt practices for personal gains. It is shocking that despite piles of evidences of very serious violations against Jet Airways India Ltd., the MoCA & DGCA have not acted against the airline.

In 2014, Managing Editor of Kalchakra, Rajneesh Kapur exposed 131 pilots of Jet Airways, who were flying without obtaining the Proficiency Check. As a result they were grounded. Such lapse on the part of DGCA and the airlines could have caused a loss of many precious lives. It is high time that this criminal nexus between Naresh Goyal and MoCA be thoroughly investigated and all involved must be punished for their crime against the nation. Kalchakra team has worked systematically over the years to collect authentic evidences against this anti national courier. We believe in unbiased thorough investigation with dodged persistence and lead a crusade to bring all the guilty to the book. Kalchakra will continue to expose more such scams of Naresh Goyal, till he is punished for his crimes.

7. Boeing 777 tail strikes the runway in Amsterdam, plane severely damaged; again due to wrong speed calculation by negligent pilots

8. Flight makes wrong turn in London Heathrow into the takeoff path of parallel runway; midair collision averted by quick action of Air traffic control

9. Bone breaking landing in Hong Kong by training chief of airline ; not even reported for airworthiness inspection before the next flight
